⚡肌耐力訓練 ⚡
一起跟著UA COMBINE總裁判Gary,以引體向上訓練,讓你為肌耐力關卡做足準備、全力迎戰3/30賽事🏋

☑️肌耐力訓練分為5個階段,循序漸進訓練:
1️⃣ 階段一:雙手垂直懸掛30秒~45秒
2️⃣ 階段二:下巴過槓高度保持出力,慢速下放至可控制高度,再上拉至下巴過槓
3️⃣ 階段三:從地上跳抓單槓,藉由向上衝力突破粘滯點
4️⃣ 階段四:標準懸垂姿勢垂直上拉,控制速度垂直下放,完成10次
5️⃣ 階段五:加上20%身體重之重量,完成引體向上10次
